Ajido Automation ("the Application") is a private automation platform operated by its owner. This policy explains what Google account data the Application accesses and how it is handled.

2. Data Accessed

With your consent, the Application accesses the following Google services using OAuth 2.0:

• Gmail — read, search, send, and manage email and labels (via the application's own automation flows).
• Calendar — read and manage calendar events.
• Google Drive — read, upload, and manage files and folders.
• Google Docs — read and edit documents.
• Google Sheets — read and edit spreadsheets.
• Google Slides — read and edit presentations.
• Google Forms — create and read forms and responses.

3. How Data Is Used

Data is used exclusively to execute automation tasks requested by the account owner (for example: summarizing email, maintaining spreadsheets, or managing calendar events). Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

OAuth tokens and data are stored on the owner's private server, which is protected by file-system permissions and accessed only by the owner. No data is transferred to any third-party service other than Google itself.

5. Revoking Access

You can revoke this Application's access at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing "Ajido Automation".
